The idea was, to introduce an author support system for helping authors to better apply corporate writing rules. The goal: Consistently good source texts that are understood by all target groups.
We found a system solution for our customer: suitable systems were compared with each other on the basis of defined requirements. As an independent consultancy, we evaluated the systems solely against our customer’s specific requirements and processes.
Conscientious software testing and a proof-of-concept ensured that the system functionalities ideally suited the customer’s requirements. The system for language quality assurance selected on the basis of the evaluation was introduced and has been successfully used for many years.
